Option B is excellent for those anticipating to receive a majority of incoming calls from abroad or domestically. All incoming calls are free of airtime charges. All domestic outgoing calls are at the low rate of $1.00 per minute @ 1 second increments. All JCR cellular phones have international direct dial access and voice mail.

JCR chooses NTT DoCoMo which is Japan's largest cellular network with the most reliable service and coverage. From our experience and the majority of business people in Japan, other cellular services cannot compare. JCR does not offer prepaid type services which normally utilize obsolete technology and equipment. We do not use VOIP internet call service for long distance connections. Only clear connections!
