Dialing Rules
*1 Local Calls may be charged
as "Calls to other Countries" depending on the standard of local
telecommunications carrier.
*2 (International calls might be charged as "Domestic Calls"
just as well.)
*3 When calls are made between FOMA subscribers, caller is
charged "Calls to Japan" , and receiver is charged "FOMA Calls"
*4 When a FOMA renter or subscriber receives calls, he will be
charged "FOMA Calls". (Caller is charged for international calls
to Japan. When a caller is in Japan, he is charged for domestic
calls.) Incoming calls might be charged in some areas. Calls
which are not connected might be charged due to local
telecommunication circumstances. Airtime charged as "per minute"
segments
NOTE: Service may not be available or may have difficulty
in connection in some areas, due to weak radio wave or
telecommunication conditions, even within service areas noted
