Processing Information |

- All
cellular rentals require a credit card provided by the renting customer. Your address and
telephone number will be verified by our merchant card service to protect you from
fraudulent use of your credit card. Upon agreement of the rental terms, your card will be
processed and authorized for the amount of all rental fees and applicable
charges. Subsequent airtime and international toll charges will be
billed after the return of the cellular equipment.

- Upon completion of rental and return of the
rental equipment we will process your account, calculate airtime usage and all other fees and charges. A detailed statement
will be sent to you by e-mail or fax. There may be occasions when we must wait
4 - 6 weeks before reconciling
your account. All subsequent charges will be applied to the credit
card provided at the time of rental. Please review the rental
statement and report any discrepancies. Should
you need to inquire on the status of your account, please do not
hesitate to contact our office.
