All requests for airport delivery must be received at
least 72 hours prior to your departure date.
This is necessary to ensure the cellular equipment will be
available for pick up on the date and time of your
arrival.
A copy of the
shipping label (see below)
will be sent via e-mail 3 - 5
days prior to your departure. It is very important
that you present this copy at the requested airport
counter.
For first time visitors to Japan we look forward
to providing this added convenience in Japan. It's highly
recommended delivery be made to your hotel, business
or private residence.

There will be a additional $10.00 fee for delivery and/or
return of cellular equipment at all airport facilities.
This fee covers the additional delivery expense we incur in
Japan.

All equipment pickup and returns are courteously handled
by Yamato Transport. The terminal is determined by your
airline Look for the Yamato logo or see the
information counter for directions.
