All requests for airport delivery must be received at
least 72 hours prior to your departure date.
This is necessary to ensure the cellular equipment will
be available for pick up on the date and time of your
arrival.
A copy of the
will be sent via e-mail or
facsimile 3 - 5 days prior to your departure. It
is very important that you present this
copy at the requested airport counter.
For first time visitors to Japan we look forward
to providing this added convenience in Japan. It's
highly recommended delivery be made to your
hotel, business or private residence.
There
will be a additional $10.00 fee for delivery and/or return
of cellular equipment at all airport facilities.
This fee covers the additional delivery expense we incur
in Japan.
Note:
Equipment will arrive at airport one day prior to your
arrival date. If for any reason the equipment is not
available at the airport counter, please contact our
